• Any employee or external stakeholder with questions regarding the interpretation of internal rules or facing an ethical concern is invited to raise it or seek advice. External stakeholders may in particular contact their usual point(s) of contact at Balzac Paris.

    Furthermore, any employee who becomes aware of a violation of applicable laws or regulations, or of the provisions of the Company Ethics Charter, may report this situation to Human Resources or via the dedicated anonymous alert system.

  • The stakeholders of Balzac Paris also have access to Whistle B, an online platform allowing to report, in good faith, any violation of laws, regulations or internal principles of conduct, in a confidential, anonymous and secure manner. Balzac Paris guarantees that no disciplinary sanctions or retaliatory measures will be taken against persons who have made a report in good faith through this system, nor against persons who have helped to make the report. This protection applies even if the reported facts later prove to be inaccurate, unfounded or do not give rise to any proceedings.
