The company MAISON BALZAC , a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 801 504 879, with capital of 37,800.00 euros, whose registered office is located at 1 Cité Paradis, 75010 Paris, represented by Mr. Charles Fourmaux, its Managing Director, domiciled in this capacity at said registered office (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizing Company”)

is organizing, from Wednesday February 14 to Tuesday February 20, 2024 inclusive, a promotional operation entitled “BALZAC PARIS x KAKI PARIS” (hereinafter “The Operation”), according to the terms and conditions described in these rules.

Prior to any participation in the Operation, each participant must read and accept without reservation these Operation rules. Anyone violating one or more of the articles of these rules will be deprived of the opportunity to participate in the Operation, but also of the Prize that he or she could have possibly won.

3.1 Participation in the Operation is open from February 14, 2024, 10:00 a.m., Paris time, to February 28, 2024, 8:30 p.m., Paris time.

Access to the Operation is possible in person at the permanent Balzac Paris corner located on the 3rd floor of Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann - Magasin Coupole, 40bd Haussmann, 75009 Paris.

3.2 Participation in the Operation is open to any adult natural person for any fitting of a Balzac Paris outfit from the Wedding collection, with the exception of:

- corporate officers and staff members of the Organizing Company, or of companies having participated in the implementation and/or promotion of the Game, as well as members of their family (and in particular spouses, ascendants, descendants, brothers and sisters, etc.);

- participants refusing the collection, recording and use of personal information concerning them.

The participant authorizes all verifications concerning his or her identity. The participation of minors in the Operation is subject to parental authorization. The Organizing Company reserves the right to verify this authorization at all stages of the Operation.

3.3 By the sole fact of participating, the winner authorizes the organizing company to use his/her surname, first name, pseudonym, email address and image in any promotional operation relating to its products, without this use giving rise to any right to remuneration.

3.4 Any breach of these Rules or unfair or fraudulent attitude by the participant will result in the immediate cancellation of his/her participation by the Organizing Company at any time.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to verify the identity, loyalty and sincerity of each participant, by directly requesting the participant to provide proof of the above-mentioned conditions. Any winner refusing to provide proof of these conditions will not be able to receive their Prize.

He must, where applicable, reimburse the Prize offered to him as part of the Operation, this reimbursement to be sent to the organizing Company.

To benefit from the Operation, the Participant meeting the conditions listed in article 3 of these Rules must go to the Balzac Paris stand at Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussman, 40 Boulevard Haussmann, 75009 Paris, and try on an outfit from the Wedding category.

Only the first 100 customers who have tried on a wedding outfit at Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann will be eligible for the Operation and will benefit from the Prize.

This operation is without obligation to purchase.

1-Description of the lot

The Lot consists of a “Le Grand OUI” box containing:

1. personalized biscuits from the brand “Le petit biscuit français”
   Composition : Wheat flour, AOP Charente-Poitou butter, French sugar, eggs from French free-range hens, Label Rouge salt from Guérande.
   Allergens : possible traces of gluten, egg, milk, peanuts, nuts, sesame.
   
   
2. a scratch card that randomly wins a 20% off promotional code. This code can be used on the website www.balzac-paris.fr , at the Balzac Paris address at 82 rue d'Hauteville 75010 Paris and at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, 40 Boulevard Haussmann, 75009 PARIS, valid until 03/14/2024. The code is not valid on the Barbour collaboration, on gift cards, on products from the Beauty range, and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. The code is limited to 50 uses; after this number, it will no longer be usable, even if the customer has received a winning ticket.

2- Weighting of gains

100 scratch cards will be distributed during the “Le Grand Oui” operation, including 50 winning tickets allowing you to benefit from the -20% reduction.

The photograph, the products photographed, and the names of the products and/or their distributors are protected by intellectual property rights. The Organizing Company is either the owner or licensee of these intellectual property rights. Under no circumstances is the Internet user authorized to exploit these rights outside the authorization granted within the framework of these Rules.

9.1 The Organizing Company reserves the right to cancel, modify, shorten or extend the Operation, if circumstances beyond its control force it to do so. It will notify participants as soon as possible and will not incur any liability as a result.

The Organizing Company shall not be liable in the event of a technical incident preventing the participant from connecting or resulting in the loss, delay or sending to an incorrect address of the winner.

Under no circumstances shall the Organizing Company be liable for the delay in sending the Prize or in the event of the winner(s) being unable to receive the Prize due to circumstances beyond its control. In particular, it shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable in the event of loss and/or damage to the Prize by the Post Office or any similar third-party service provider, and more generally if the winners do not receive their Prize.

These Regulations are governed by French law and interpreted in accordance with its provisions.

If one or more provisions of these Regulations were declared null or inapplicable, the other clauses would retain their full force and scope.

Any dispute concerning the interpretation and/or cases not provided for in these rules will be settled by the Organizing Company, whose decisions will be final and without appeal. No telephone requests relating to the terms of the Game or the interpretation of these rules will be answered.

Disputes which cannot be settled amicably, despite the efforts made by the Parties, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Lille metropolitan area, even for emergency or protective proceedings, in summary proceedings or by application, and notwithstanding multiple Defendants or third-party claims.

No dispute will be admissible two (2) months after the closing of the Operation.
