We work with audited workshops in Europe, mainly in Portugal and Italy, which respect the working conditions of its employees and value artisanal know-how. We make sure to offer you a TPR collection (Always More Responsible) which meets the three pillars that make us a mission-driven company: ethics, there sustainability and the respect for the environment.

We make it a point of honor to adopt a ethical and eco-responsible approach during each stage of life of our sweaters and others ethical clothing, from their design to their distribution. We carefully select the materials with which our ethical women's sweaters are made. We monitor the entire manufacturing process in order to produce unique, durable, and environmentally friendly pieces.

Balzac Paris is also committed to offering you ethical women's sweaters “made in France” in order to promote the artisanal creations of our region. You will find the mention “Made in France” on the garment’s product sheet when it was made in our country. We also add a reference when our items comply with a commitment or a eco-responsible label (GRS, Oeko-Tex, GOTS, Lyocell or Tencel).

We create our ethical women's sweaters from natural, sustainable and non-polluting materials such as organically grown cotton, wool (alpaca, merino or recycled), recycled polyamide, mohair, cashmere and biodegradable nylon.
