    Before you even wear your new item for the first time, give it a shield against the elements.

    • The action: Shake your waterproofing spray and spray evenly from 20 cm away.
    • Drying: Allow to air dry.

    1. Brush: Thoroughly dust the entire piece with a soft-bristled brush to free the pores of the leather.
    2. Nourish & Clean: Apply a cleaning lotion to a clean chamois cloth, then massage the leather with gentle circular motions. This helps to deeply remove impurities.
    3. Moisturize: Using a conditioning cream or nourishing polish, moisturize the material. Always apply the product to the cloth, never directly to the leather, for an even distribution.
    4. Buff: Once the treatment is absorbed, use a soft, dry cloth to make the surface shine and remove any excess.
    5. Protect: Finish with a spray of waterproofing agent to seal the treatment.

  • EVERYDAY HAZARDS

    • Scratches or snags: If the leather is slightly marked, you can apply a coloured polish locally. Expert tip: Always test the shade on a hidden area to ensure it matches perfectly.
    • Unexpected rain: If your item gets wet, dab it with a dry cloth and let it air dry, away from any heat source (no radiators!). Once dry, apply a moisturising cream to restore flexibility to the fibres.
    • Stubborn stains: In case of a significant stain, do not attempt risky home remedies. entrust your item to a leather specialist or a master cobbler.

    • The ideal shelter: When you're not wearing your item, slip it into its cotton pouch. It protects it from dust while allowing the leather to breathe.
