The professional Seller cannot be held liable in the event of non-performance or poor performance of the contract due either to the actions of the Customer, or to the insurmountable and unforeseeable actions of a third party to the contract, or to force majeure.
The Seller declares that it is insured with a notoriously solvent insurance company for its operating civil liability.
In all cases of non-performance of obligations by the Customer, the deposit paid when ordering remains acquired by the professional Seller as compensation.
