• Less than 1m60, take your usual size, you can also refer to the size of your cup
• Between 1m60 and 1m70, take your usual size, you can also refer to the size of your cup
• Between 1m70 and 1m75, take your usual size, you can also refer to your cup size
• Over 1m75, take the top size above your usual size.
