The Environmental Cost: What is it?
This score applies exclusively to textile clothing. Shoes, leather goods, household linen, as well as leather and fur clothing are not included in this scope.
Consumers can find this environmental cost both online, directly on several of our product pages via the traceability tab of the site , and in store thanks to the labels equipped with Fairly Made QR codes .
The scoring system was designed to be intuitive. The overall environmental cost measures the garment's total impact, comparable to a product's price tag. A second indicator, calculated per 100 grams, allows for comparison between items, similar to a price per weight. The higher the number, the greater the garment's environmental impact.
