At Balzac Paris, our charitable initiatives always share the same name: Together. This season, the initiative takes on the colours of the Balzac Paris club in partnership with Institut Curie. For each Together piece purchased, €5 is donated to Institut Curie to support the fight against cancer.

A look, a cause. Together.

As part of the ENSEMBLE project, Balzac Paris is partnering with MÊME around a solidarity scarf for Février Lilas. For each scarf purchased, 10 € will be donated to UNICANCER, a federation that supports research and innovation at the service of patients. Because elegance is also found in gestures that have meaning, let’s unite our voices to remind ourselves that together, we are stronger.

As part of the Together project, Balzac Paris introduces its Solidarity Blouses, made from deadstock fabrics. For each blouse purchased, €10 will be donated to Association Petits Princes, which makes the dreams of seriously ill children come true, giving them strength, hope and moments of joy.

In 2025, Balzac Paris brings its Together project to life through a partnership with the charity Vacances du Coeur. This partnership embodies solidarity and kindness through a charity tote bag. For each tote bag purchased, €10 is donated to the charity, helping to support its longstanding mission of making holidays accessible to everyone. 

In 2021, Balzac Paris launched its “Ocean” sweatshirt made from GOTS-certified organic cotton for World Oceans Day. Thanks to sales, €92,580 was donated to the Surfrider Foundation. The project also raised awareness among 36,505 participants, organized 998 clean-up events, and collected 48,770 plastic bottles and 860 m³ of waste.

Additionally, the team took part in a clean-up in Marseille, gathering 30.7 kg of waste, including 800 cigarette butts. This initiative is part of an ongoing collaboration aimed at promoting eco-design and ocean protection.

As part of its charitable Christmas initiative, Balzac Paris supported Soupe Saint-Eustache through a charity sale held from 17 to 19 November 2023. This first partnership raised €20,000 for the charity and provided 5,000 meals for people in need.

From 22 to 14 November 2024, each order placed on the website provided a gift for a child in hospital and helped raise €24,020 for Un Cadeau Pour La Vie. Through this initiative, every purchase brought a little comfort to children in hospital.

Since 2021, alongside our annual solidarity initiatives, we have continued to actively support the Emmaüs association through various actions. To date, over €27,000 in donations have been made thanks to collaborations such as our ENSEMBLE sweatshirt, which helped fund the development of upcycling workshops.

More than 230 Balzac Paris items have been donated to help people in need access decent clothing. Additionally, a collection box installed at our headquarters has enabled us to make several in-kind donations.

Balzac Paris chose to create its line of handmade baskets alongside Doum For Women in 2024. Bringing together more than 200 women, Doum For Women is a women's artisan cooperative specializing in basketry, dedicated to the integration of rural Moroccan women in villages near Marrakech. All baskets are handwoven from natural fibers such as palm leaves. The remarkable basketry expertise of these women artisans has been passed down from generation to generation.

At Balzac Paris, supporting women's rights is a daily commitment. In 2021, Balzac Paris partnered with the Fondation des Femmes , which works for women's rights and against the violence they suffer. Through sales of its Les Femmes sweatshirt, made from recycled cotton and polyester, Balzac Paris donated €15,950 to the association for each sweatshirt purchased, and 10% of sales made on International Women's Day were donated to the association.

Since 2022, we have been contributing to carbon neutrality by funding sustainable agricultural projects with Agoterra. Balzac Paris has thus supported Jean-François Deneuville, a farmer in northern France, in his transition to organic farming.
