The Environment
We remain committed to increasing the proportion of recycled raw materials and GOTS-certified products in our collections.
We are implementing the FRET 21 initiative. Relaunched in 2024, it aims to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from transport by at least 5% within three years.
Transparency
We pledge 100% traceability for textiles by 2026, leather goods by 2028, and footwear by 2029.
Additionally, compliance visits will be conducted at all active manufacturing sites in 2025.
Employees
We aim to amplify initiatives that raise awareness about disability in the workplace.
In 2025, a Patient Therapeutic Education (PTE) programme will be implemented to support reintegration at Balzac Paris.
Every team member will undergo training on textile value chains via the Fresque du Textile, fostering an understanding of the environmental and social challenges within the industry.
The Solidarity Ecosystem:
We will continue our solidarity actions, committing to two initiatives annually.
The Terraterre project, which contributes to carbon neutrality, remains a key focus.
