                Delivery information:
                Delivery times are estimated from the dispatch of the order.
                Packages are dispatched on working days (Monday to Friday).
                Outside mainland France and the European Union, customs or import taxes may apply upon receipt of your order. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
                Deliveries for the United Kingdom are currently suspended following administrative measures related to Brexit.

                RETURNS

                You have 30 days upon receipt of your order to return an unworn, unwashed item with its original label.
                Upon receipt of your package in our workshops, your return will be processed within 10 to 15 working days . As soon as the refund is validated, you will receive a confirmation email.
                Without news of your refund after this time, do not hesitate to write to us at balzac-et-vous@balzac-paris.fr
                From mainland France , returns are free, to return your item:
                • Register your return on your account in the section Return an item and Refund
                • Download your Colissimo or Mondial Relay label, which you will also receive by email
                • Put your items and your delivery note in a package in good condition to protect your items well
                • Drop off your package within 7 days at the Post Office or at a relay point
                From abroad, returns are at your expense. You can return your order to us at the following address:

                TRADES

                If you wish to exchange your item, you must return it for a refund and place a new order.
                Delivery costs are refunded if the order is returned in its entirety.
