Le Monologue: A new essential address in Bordeaux, Le Monologue will offer you 3 tasty and summery workshops within the Holiday House itself. A fun and friendly way to discover Alison's cooking and meet Morgane, founder of Le Monologue. (The Monologue, 35 Rue du Palais Gallien, 33000 Bordeaux) Granola workshop: During this cooking class, you will learn all the secrets of Alison from the Monologue to make your own sweet or savory granola. You will then leave with your granola at home in a pretty jar. Summer aperitif workshop: Come and enjoy our sunny terrace at Maison de Vacances Balzac Paris to learn how to make superb summer aperitifs. Alison, cook at Monologue will teach you how to make the right assortments. During this workshop, you will learn how to: - homemade tuna rillettes - hummus avocado / beets / chickpeas .... - gazpacho peas cold bacon cucumber / black olive - savory cake: olive / courgette feta / goat cheese - croque monsieur / brie and ham emmental Summer salad workshop: Summer often rhymes with fresh, homemade salads.
